Vodka with Mint Tea

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
125 ml / 4 1/4 ozIced green tea
4 gMint
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place mint leaves in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup, and vodka.
  4. Top with cold green tea and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
