Vodka and Tonic

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
135 ml / 4 1/2 ozTonic water
40 gLemon
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in vodka and lemon juice.
  3. Fill with tonic water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
