Method
- Fill a 2-liter jar 3/4 with frozen cherries without packing them down.
- Add 200g of powdered sugar to the jar.
- Pour white rum to completely cover the cherries.
- Seal the jar and let it infuse for 2 weeks.
- The infusion is ready when cherries start floating to the top.
