History
The Peter F. Heering company in Denmark has been making Cherry Heering since 1818. The brand became part of Dutch spirits group DeKuyper in October 2017.
How it is served
Cherry Heering is used in cocktails such as the Red Russian, Brigadier, and Darkwood Sling on this site. It is also used in baking where some alcohol evaporates during preparation.
