Made with fruit brandy and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

65 ml / 2.25 ozDry apricot brandy, Blume Marillen
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozApricot liqueur, Rothman & Winter
15 ml / 0.5 ozsimple syrup
90 ml / 3 ozSoda water
1Lime peel, optional)

Method

  1. Shake dry apricot brandy, lime juice, apricot liqueur, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. Strain mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with soda water and garnish with optional lime peel.
