Heather Tea

Made with Drambuie and Bénédictine, served in a irish coffee glass.

30 ml / 1 ozDrambuie
30 ml / 1 ozBénédictine
15 ml / 1/2 ozGrenadine
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozHeather tea
75 gOrange
60 gGrapefruit
40 gApple
3 gClove
1 gGround nutmeg

Method

  1. Cube orange, grapefruit and apple slices, place in Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add 15ml grenadine, 30ml Drambuie, 30ml Bénédictine, 3g clove and 1g ground nutmeg.
  3. Pour hot heather tea to the top, stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with apple slice fan.
