About the Painkiller

The Painkiller is a refreshing highball cocktail with a rum base. It combines tropical fruit juices with coconut cream for a sweet, creamy flavor profile. The nutmeg garnish adds a warm, aromatic finish.

History

The Painkiller originated in the 1970s at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. It was originally made with Cruzan Rum before Pusser's trademarked the name and recipe in 1989.
