Chamomile Old Fashioned

Made with bourbon whiskey and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozBourbon
1 mlOrange bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozChamomile tea
10 ml / 1/4 ozHoney
1Orange zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour honey, chamomile tea, and bourbon into a rocks glass.
  2. Add orange bitters and ice cubes.
  3. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with orange zest.
