Made with liqueur, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozMelon liqueur
150 ml / 5 ozLemon bitter
1Lemon zest
180 gIce cubes
60 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of melon liqueur.
  3. Top with lemon bitter and stir gently.
  4. Add crushed ice and garnish with lemon zest.
