Caribbean Treasure

Made with liqueur, served in a highball glass.

60 ml / 2 ozCoconut liqueur
30 ml / 1 ozStrawberry liqueur
90 ml / 3 ozPineapple juice
45 gLychee
20 gStrawberry
1 gMint
380 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Muddle 3 peeled lychees in a shaker.
  3. Add 90 ml pineapple juice, 30 ml strawberry liqueur, and 60 ml coconut liqueur.
  4. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  5. Strain into the highball glass.
  6. Garnish with half a strawberry and a mint sprig.
