Grapefruit Liqueur and Cola

Made with liqueur, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozGrapefruit liqueur
150 ml / 5 ozCola
30 gGrapefruit
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of red grapefruit liqueur.
  3. Add cola to the top and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  4. Garnish with a small slice of grapefruit.
