Royal Sazerac

Made with liqueur, absinthe and Peychaud's Bitters, served in a rocks glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozAbsinthe
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozDry Orange liqueur
1 mlPeychaud's bitters
2Lemon zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 50 ml dry orange liqueur and 1 dash Peychaud's bitters.
  3. Spray absinthe over the glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest.
