Made with liqueur, served in a wine glass.

30 ml / 1 ozRhubarb liqueur
120 ml / 4 ozSoda water
1Orange zest
60 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 30 ml of rhubarb liqueur.
  3. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with orange zest.
