Tropicon

Made with aromatised wine, liquor and Picon, served in a highball glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozQuinquina Maurin
20 ml / 3/4 ozGentian
20 ml / 3/4 ozPicon
10 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
20 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
110 ml / 3 3/4 ozSoda water
30 gOrange
5 gCherry
1 gMint
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Add 10 ml grenadine and 20 ml lime juice.
  3. Add 20 ml Picon, 20 ml Quinquina Maurin, and 20 ml Gentian.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice, mint leaf, and cherry.

About the Tropicon
