Absinthe with Pineapple Juice

Made with absinthe, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozAbsinthe
150 ml / 5 ozPineapple juice
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 50 ml of absinthe.
  3. Top with pineapple juice and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
