Apple Temptation

Made with absinthe, served in a rocks glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozAbsinthe
20 ml / 3/4 ozHoney syrup
40 ml / 1 1/4 ozApple juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozGinger beer
60 gApple
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 40 ml apple juice, 20 ml honey syrup, and 40 ml absinthe into a shaker.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Top with ginger beer and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  6. Garnish with three slices of green apple.
