Fountain with Absinthe

Method

1. Fill absinthe fountain with mint leaves and ice cubes.
2. Add 90 ml lemon juice and 150 ml sugar syrup to the fountain.
3. Top with soda water and stir gently with a bar spoon.
4. Pour 30 ml absinthe into a coupe glass.
5. Place a sugar cube on an absinthe spoon over the glass.
6. Pour 150 ml of the fountain mixture through the sugar into the glass.
