Made with sherry and Aperol, served in a cocktail glass.

25 ml / 3/4 ozAperol
30 ml / 1 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
20 ml / 3/4 ozHome orange horseradish syrup
25 ml / 3/4 ozLemon juice
5 gHorseradish
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add orange horseradish syrup and lemon juice to a shaker.
  2. Add Pedro Ximenez sherry and Aperol.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a piece of horseradish on a pick.
