Campari and Tonic

Made with bitter, served in a wine glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozRed bitter
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozTonic water
20 gLime
60 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 50 ml of red bitter and top with tonic water.
  3. Gently stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice.
